Each crystalline piece features a magnificent translucent cap, barrel, & section. Every component is painstakingly sanded and polished by hand over both the exterior and interior circumferences.
Resin is a particularly difficult material to work with since it's hard like glass, has a low tensile strength, and can be prone to melting if the machining feed, speed, and tooling aren't calibrated correctly. Dad and Nick have spent countless hours designing custom tools and adjusting the fabrication process to produce a rigid, functional, and beautiful output. The price of the Demonstratoris higher than our standard machined units to account for the extra labor involved to clean and polish the interior of the cap, barrel, and section.
