SOLD OUT - Thank you!

The Yellow Jacket Ebonite Model-C is a striking hybrid matte black ebonite body and crystalline yellow resin cap. Our newest design from the workshopthe Model-C Fountain Pen is comprised of a meticulously polished resin with our very first house-made pocket clip. Clips and nibs are available in three finishes with every pen built to order after purchase.

Since this is a Production pen release, each piece is assigned a unique engraved index number with matching hand-stamped letterpress Certificate of Authenticity. The unique index number indicates the year, month, and day the pen was completed, along with its individual place within the day's production... making every engraving one-of-a-kind. All of our fountain pens include a removable ink converter and choice of nib installed.

We’ve estimated that over 500 hours of research, design, and prototyping went into the Model-C pen model prior to having a bit touch the first bar of raw stock to machine a finished component. Parts begin as a rectangular bar of resin prior to being machined into one of 4 separate pieces: barrel, grip section, cap body, & cap finial. Afterward, each component is polished to an appropriate finish. Next, clips are individually bent by hand with a homemade jig prior to receiving one of three decorative metal finishes. Lastly, each pen is fully assembled per customer request.

The grip section of the Model-C includes extra threading to ensure a secure seal for writers who prefer to eyedropper the pen. We’ve included a silicone gasket that may be installed the section for added security. Silicone grease is a recommended addition on both the nib housing and section threading prior to an eyedropper conversion.

Every heirloom quality Model-C fountain pen includes our 100% satisfaction guarantee and lifetime warranty. Since we build each pen to order please allow 3-4 weeks for shipment.
