We prepare all packages by hand in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in the United States.
How quickly will you ship my order?
We're trying our best to ship every parcel out within 1-2 business days. Our inventory system is setup such that every sellable item should be on hand unless there's a note explicitly stating otherwise. International packages take a little extra paperwork, which can intermittently add an extra day of processing.
How much does shipping cost?
All international shipping prices are calculated live during checkout, drawing price estimates directly from UPS and USPS, to ensure that we're offering you the lowest prices possible at the time of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE - Our shipping prices to not include import duty and tax obligations. These costs vary by the recipient country; please contact your local customs office or tax agency for details. We are unable to estimate prospective tax and duty fees and must always declare the true order value on all customs documents.
How soon will I receive my package?
The package transit time will vary significantly based on shipping carrier, speed, and delivery location. UPS is generally the fastest at processing international shipments through customs in our experience.
Please contact us prior to placing your order if you need your package urgently.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped we'll email you a tracking number. You may also retrieve this number by logging into your customer account and viewing your order history.
PLEASE NOTE - USPS First Class Mail does not have tracking beyond customs entry.
Can I change my order?
If you see something that needs to be modified after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help you out!
