Shipping & Returns Policy

Right now our entire team is two full-time employees. We do our best to ship packages within 1-4 days from the order date depending on order volume.

U.S. Shipping Policy

Free Shipping - USPS First Class for domestic orders of $50 or greater
USPS First Class Mail - $4.99 flat rate
USPS Priority Mail - $9.99 flat rate
UPS Ground & Expedited - Rates calculated live at checkout

All orders ship from our workshop just north of Pittsburgh in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania. 

Estimated transit times from shipping date:
First Class Mail - approximately 1-5 business days
Priority Mail - approximately 1-3 business days 
UPS Ground - ranges from 1-5 business days (continental U.S.)
UPS Expedited - guaranteed delivery for Overnight & Second Day

When choosing a shipping method, please remember that the estimated shipping time does not include the time it takes us to prepare your order. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you need your package urgently. 

International Shipping Policy

All international shipping rates are pulled directly from USPS and UPS price calculators during checkout relative to weight and destination.

Both USPS and UPS services are available for many international destinations. Since our retail pricing is very competitive we cannot afford to absorb international shipping costs. All available international shipping options and pricing are displayed prior to entering payment details. 

Genuine package value is always claimed on every parcel. You are responsible for all customs fees, import fees, brokerage fees, etc. that may be assessed to your package based on the protocols instituted by your national and/or local governments. 

 

U.S. Returns Policy

You may return unused items in original condition for a full refund within 30 days of the ship date or store credit within 90 days of purchase for U.S. orders.

  • No refunds or adjustments can be made for original shipping charges.
  • Used consumables may be returned at our discretion. 
  • We recommend insuring return parcels with your carrier. 
  • Refunds may only be issued to the original payment method. 
  • Closeout merchandise is not eligible for refund and is clearly identified on product listings.
  • We must reserve the right to refuse any return upon inspection of the product. 
  • Gifts may only be refunded to the original buyer payment method. 
  • Please allow up to 10 days after we receive your return for your bank to post your refund. If your return is for a store credit, it will be available as soon as your return is received and processed.

International Returns Policy

You may return unused items in original condition for a full refund if return is received/delivered to our warehouse within 30 days of the order ship date, or store credit if return is received/delivered to our warehouse within 90 days of the order ship date. 

  • No refunds or adjustments can be made for any original shipping charges.
  • Used consumables may be returned at our discretion.
  • No refunds can be made for international taxes or duties charged. 
  • We recommend insuring return parcels with your carrier. 
  • Refunds may only be issued to the original payment method. 
  • Gifts shipped internationally may only be returned for a refund to the original buyer's method of payment. 
  • Closeout merchandise is not eligible for refund and is clearly identified on product listings.
  • We must reserve the right to refuse any return upon inspection of the product. 
  • Please allow up to 15 days after we receive your return for your bank to post your international refund. 

* To protect ourselves from computer errors, calculation errors, & other unforeseen billing errors we must reserve the right to cancel and refund orders at our sole discretion. In the event that unintended rates are produced from Flat Rate services we reserve the right to change shipping speeds relative to order economics. Please see our Terms of Service for additional details.
