How quickly will you ship my order?
We're trying our best to ship parcels within 1-2 business days from the time you place your order. Our inventory system is setup such that every sellable item should be on hand unless there's a note explicitly stating otherwise. If you need your package urgently, please contact us prior to placing your order.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a variety of shipping speeds with UPS and USPS. Price will vary by package weight and shipping speed unless you select a Flat Rate USPS option or Free USPS shipping for qualifying orders during checkout. Prices are calculated live relative to the contents of your order.
USPS First Class Mail - $4.99 flat fee for orders under $38.99, free at $39 and above
USPS Priority Mail - $8.25 flat fee for orders under $100, free at $100 and above
USPS Express - Calculated live during checkout
UPS Ground - Calculated live during checkout | secure for high value orders
UPS Expedited - Calculated live during checkout | secure for high value orders

How fast will I receive my package?
This will vary based on your shipping method and location. All packages are shipped from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. UPS provides guaranteed delivery times while USPS provides approximate delivery thresholds.

USPS Priority Mail - approximately 1-3 business days
USPS Express - approximately overnight
UPS Ground - ranges from 1-5 business days based on location in the Continental U.S.
UPS Expedited - guaranteed delivery for Overnight and Second Day service
When choosing a shipping method, please remember that the estimated shipping time does not include the time it takes us to prepare your order (1-2 business days). Please contact us prior to placing your order if you need your package urgently.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped we'll email you a tracking number. You may also retrieve this number by logging into your customer account and viewing your order history.
