The lightweight Alumina Model-C features a matte-finished aluminum alloy with custom pocket clip. Every pen includes a removable ink converter reservoir and German nib installed.

Alumina parts begin as a round bar of solid aluminum alloy before being machined with a CNC lathe into one of four separate pieces: barrel, grip section, cap body, & cap finial. After the lathe to shapes each component, parts are delicately refined to a matte finish. Next, a clip is individually shaped by hand, followed by tumbling to soften edges and produce a consistent finish. Lastly, each pen is fully assembled.

Aluminum is a very soft metal that will develop wear over time, varying based on use and storage. Prolonged contact with ink may cause corrosion. Eyedropper conversions are strongly discouraged, and it's best to clean any ink in direct contact with a metal surface.
