A virtually indestructible writing fortress, the hefty Ironsides is our very first alloy fountain pen. Fully machined in Pennsylvania from a high-grade stainless steel rod, each fabricated part undergoes at least three finishing steps before the assembly of the section, barrel, cap, and threaded finial.

Every pen includes a removable full-size ink converter with choice of nib installed. This piece has been fully machined and polished, ready to ship.

Each piece is assigned a unique engraved index number with a matching hand-stamped letterpress Certificate of Authenticity... making every engraving one-of-a-kind.
