We'll send an email with tracking once an order has shipped. Check the status/tracking of an order at any time by logging into My Account with the link in the upper right-hand corner of each page.
Packages ship FREE for orders of $75 value or greater. Orders under $75 are assessed an $8 flat shipping fee.
International order shipping fees are calculated with live carrier data based on weight and destination at the time of checkout (prior to payment.) To estimate shipping fees, add items to the cart and enter the shipping details at checkout.
Please check with the local regulatory agencies at the recipient country for details. Buyers (or any package recipient) are solely responsible for all customs, duty, or tariff fees that may be assessed with delivery.
Refunds: Available for returns received within 30 days of the original ship date.
Store credit: Available for returns received within 90 days of the ship date.

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and GooglePay. Checks are not accepted, but virtual checks can be used with services like PayPal. Full payment is required to ship an order.
Not at this time. But, we think you'll find that our standard packaging is really quite nice. Every order includes a styled paper packing list and paper-clipped thank you letter. Pretty kraft paper padding is used with virtually every order.
Nope! Every parcel includes a packing list (without prices) as well as a letter from us.
Your Gift Code functions as the payment method during checkout. Add the items you'd like to purchase to your cart and begin the checkout. Enter your Gift Code on the payments screen to see your credit reflected instantly.

Absolutely. If any time the original owner of a Birmingham pen believes that damage is evident due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us and we'll make it right. If you're not the original owner please contact us anyhow and we'll work something out.
International warranty claims may incur a shipping fee of some sort depending on the type of claim and duration since original purchase.

No! Just kidding, yes.
Although fountain pens are not designed for our four-legged friends, sometimes they can't resist! If a Birmingham product is damaged by a pup, kitty, or any other critter with a hankering to gnaw, please let us know and we'll work with you for a discounted replacement or credit.

Not at this time. We would like to open another physical retail shop by the end of this year or next year.
Our business insurance strictly prohibits customer access to the premises. We would like to build a new physical retail shop again soon for face to face interactions and live demonstrations.
No pickup options are available at this time.
We don't offer repair service for products outside of our own brand.
